Customer satisfaction is our highest priority; therefore, f-stop proudly guarantees that every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. f-stop stands by this guarantee and provides warranties on all of our products, to the original owner, against defects in materials or workmanship.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty exchanges.

What Does This Limited Consumer Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new f-stop product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the f-stop retailer / distributor nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover rips, burns, tears and damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.).

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

What Do You Have To Do to Place a Warranty Claim?

All defective or damaged products must be returned to f-stop for evaluation and will be replaced at our discretion.

Customer is responsible for return shipping to f-stop. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking, insurance and signature delivery confirmation. f-stop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Products sent for warranty must be cleaned prior to sending; products that arrive without prior cleaning may be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made.

If you purchased your pack online from www.fstopgear.com, please contact f-stop’s Relationship Management Team via email or telephone at + for warranty claim assistance. All warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

What Will f-stop Do?

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your f-stop product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.

How Does Local Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this warranty statement may not apply to you. The laws of the State of Missouri, USA, govern this warranty.
